Although it hardly seems possible, Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies is at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas showing off a handful of devices that turn ordinary tap water into electricity which than can be used to supply power to a range of devices -- everything from notebook computers to mobile phone that have to be recharged in a pinch. TechWebTV's David Berlind interviews the company's co-founder Taras Wankewycz to find out just exactly how the Singapore-based startup has managed this bit of magic.
