Tell Congress to Stop Advertising on Bus Radio and Channel One! It's time to get tough
with companies that exploit captive audiences of school children for commercial gain.

Commercial Alert, the Center for a New American Dream and Obligation have sent letters to

top advertisers and ad agencies, telling them to not to advertise on Bus Radio or Channel One,

two companies that advertise to captive audiences of school children. The letters were endorsed

by the National PTA, Consumers Union, Center for Science in the Public Interest, Eagle Forum,

American Family Association, and many other progressive and conservative groups.

You can help too. Send an email today to companies that advertise on Bus Radio and Channel One.

Your email will be sent to corporate officials at PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Cingular, Verizon,

Time Warner, Cadbury Schweppes, Subway, Lego, Guthy-Renker, Leapfrog, News Corp. and Dreamworks SKG.

Dear corporate leader:

I strongly object to your company's advertising to captive audiences of school children.

Your company should stop advertising on Bus Radio and Channel One.

Schools are for learning not advertising.
